Instead of looking around for guest form to fill out, or through a file cabinet to see if the prospect already exists, you can now just "right click" on the PopCard™ icon and choose "Open Blank Card". From here you can type in the prospects name. If they have previously contacted you through phone or email, their contact information, the original source, call recordings and any notes will then populate the guest card.
Yes, upon your authorization, incoming calls to your assigned toll free numbers can be recorded and accessed through the PopCard™ as well as through various reports.
